I am now back living in the US.  My personally-trained staff can offer you street food and market tours in Hanoi.  In the future I will be offering and escorting occasional, extended culinary tours in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

Some of the things that you may try are:

  • Nem Cuon (fresh spring rolls)
  • Vietnam's renowned coffee (ca phe)
  • Pho Cuon (grilled beef and fresh herbs wrapped in rice noodle)
  • Ngao Nuong (roasted fresh tiny clams)
  • Ngo Chien (crispy sweet corn)
  • Bun Cha (Hanoi's unique and ubiquitous lunchtime treat with BBQ pork in fish sauce along with rice noodles, fresh herbs and crispy nem (spring rolls)
  • Bia Hoi (fresh beer)

Although food is the focus of the tours; since food is a revealing window into the culture of a particular people and country, Daniel is happy to discuss and share his perspective on all aspects of Vietnam and Southeast Asian culture, daily life, history, attractions, etc.
